Made to Order

All Static Gallery pieces are made to order. This means each order is prepared after purchase rather than shipped from immediate stock.

Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for order processing and preparation before shipment.

Shipping Method

Static Gallery currently offers standard shipping.

Shipping Price

Standard shipping is currently charged at €4.95. Free shipping is not available at this stage.

Processing and Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is approximately 10–15 business days after shipment, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, peak periods, incomplete addresses or events outside our control.

International Orders

International delivery availability, shipping costs and delivery estimates may vary depending on the destination country and will be displayed at checkout when available.

Customs and Import Fees

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Incorrect Address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a parcel is returned or delayed because of incorrect information, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If an order arrives damaged or appears lost, the customer should contact Static Gallery through the Contact page with the order number and relevant photos or information so the situation can be reviewed.
