Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed on staticgallery.store, operated under the brand name Static Gallery.

Products

Static Gallery sells fashion items and accessories. Product descriptions, prices, colors, sizes and availability are displayed on each product page. Product images are provided for presentation purposes; slight differences may occur depending on screen settings, lighting and production batches.

Made to Order

Static Gallery products are made to order. Orders are prepared after purchase and are not necessarily shipped from immediate stock.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout, customers should allow approximately 2–5 business days for processing before shipment, followed by an estimated delivery time of approximately 10–15 business days after shipment.

Prices

Prices are displayed in euros unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed before payment at checkout.

Orders

By placing an order, the customer confirms that the information provided is accurate and complete. Static Gallery reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of payment issue, suspected fraud, stock error, incorrect product information or obvious pricing mistake.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of order. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

Shipping

Shipping conditions are detailed in the Shipping Policy. The customer must provide a complete and correct delivery address. Static Gallery is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Right of Withdrawal

For eligible orders delivered within the European Union, customers generally have 14 calendar days from delivery to request withdrawal, unless an exception applies. The return process is detailed in the Returns and Refunds Policy.

Returns and Refunds

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags and packaging when applicable. Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective, damaged or incorrect items. Return shipping costs will not be refunded unless required by applicable law or unless Static Gallery is responsible for the issue.

Customers may benefit from applicable legal guarantees, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects where applicable.
